Compliance Architecture
Our finances and programmes are reviewed from several independent angles to protect donor resources and community trust.
Our annual financial statements are examined by external audit firms, who issue an audit opinion and a management letter with recommendations.
Under the UN Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers, partners such as UNICEF commission micro-assessments and periodic checks of our financial management and internal controls.
OPHCD is registered with the Ministry of Economy (License No. 4160) and the Ministry of Public Health (No. 1125), and reports on its programmes as required.
Donors, auditors and partner agencies can contact us to request supporting documents or ask about any report published here. Concerns about fraud, corruption or misconduct can be raised through the same channel.
