Every quotation is reviewed only once submitted through the channels below — this website is for downloading specifications, not for uploading quotations.
Vendors must present an active commercial licence issued by the Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MoIC). Pharmaceutical items require current Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) drug registration.
For medicines, testing kits and therapeutic rations, sample batches must be physically delivered to the Kabul Procurement Office before the bidding deadline for independent lab verification.
All submitted price sheets must remain firm and valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days. Every submission requires an attached signed Zero-Kickback and Anti-Corruption Declaration affidavit.
Deposit sealed quotations at the OPHCD Procurement Unit. OPHCD does not accept quotations through this website — only physical delivery, or email where a specific request's specification sheet explicitly allows it.
