About this project
In coordination with Médecins Sans Frontières, this project supported the salaries and supervision of 45
additional health workers placed in health facilities in Khost Province, strengthening the capacity of facilities
to cope with high patient loads and to maintain quality of care
Where we worked
The project covered 14 districts across Khost: Bak, Tani, Jaji Maidan, Khost, Dwa Manda, Spera, Shamil,
Sabari, Ali Sher, Qalandar, Manduzai, Musa Khel, Nadir Shah Kot, Gurbuz.

Recruitment and deployment of 45 health facility staff
Salary support, supervision and performance management
Integration of supported staff into facility rosters and services
Reporting to MSF on staffing and service outputs
