The Institute for Health Promotion and Community Development (OPHCD) in the Afghan Red Crescent (Afghan Red Crescent) provides financial support to the country in seven (7) provinces, 2,350 people are treated for free, 14,500 people receive OPD examinations, 14,500 people receive eye examinations. موسسه ارتقای صحت و انکشاف جامعه (OPHCD) به حمایت مالی هلال احمر افغانی در سطح هفت (7) ولایت کشور برای 2350 نفر عملیات های رایگان پرده چشم را انجام میدهد، 14500 نفر معاینات و دوا، 14500 نفر بروشرهای آگاهی دهی چگونگی جلوگیری امراض چشم و 4500 نفر که مشکل دوربین و نزدیک بین دارد عینک توزیع میکند. که تا این دم پروژه متذکره کارهای خود را در سه ولایت به اتمام رسانیده و چهار ولایت باقیمانده هم مطابق به پلان به شکل نوبتوار کارهای خود را آغاز خواهد کرد.
